Shiftly
A complete work and earnings workspace
Shiftly helps people understand not only how long they worked, but how every part of their earnings was formed — from regular pay and overtime to hourly bonuses and daily totals.

NEXSORA Products
NEXSORA creates its own products using the same connected process offered to clients: understand the real problem, define the product, design the experience, build it carefully and verify the result in real use.

Flagship product
A multilingual mobile workspace for shifts, working time, overtime, bonuses, goals and earnings across multiple jobs.
A complete work and earnings workspace
Shiftly helps people understand not only how long they worked, but how every part of their earnings was formed — from regular pay and overtime to hourly bonuses and daily totals.

Core capabilities
Shiftly connects active work, historical records and financial understanding instead of treating each part as a separate tool.
Keep a main job, driving work and side jobs separate, with independent rates, shifts, bonuses and totals.
Start and stop work directly from the home screen while time, earnings and daily progress update around the active tracker.
Regular pay, 125% overtime, 150% overtime and hourly bonuses are shown as separate components instead of one unexplained total.
Set a daily earnings target and see how much has already been earned, how far the day has progressed and what remains.
Review work history, period totals, detailed reports, PDF summaries and CSV exports from one consistent calculation model.
Trackers and account information stay connected to the signed-in user through Firebase Authentication and Firestore synchronization.
Platform status
The native SwiftUI application is being tested during real working shifts on a physical iPhone, including tracking, reports, exports and cloud synchronization.
Technology
Swift · SwiftUI · Firebase
The Android application is being built natively with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose around the same product flows, calculations and user experience.

Cross-platform product
The iOS and Android applications are treated as one product. Their technical implementations are native, while the product meaning stays aligned.
01
Design, hierarchy, calculations, texts, flows and data behavior should match as closely as each platform technically allows.
02
iOS and Android are developed with native technologies rather than forcing both platforms into one generic technical layer.
03
Platform differences are introduced only for system APIs, accessibility, store rules, device behavior or form-factor requirements.
04
Core earnings rules, tracker behavior, reports and data meaning remain consistent even when the underlying platform code is different.
Languages
Localization is part of the product structure. Hebrew includes right-to-left behavior rather than only translated text.
Primary international product language.
Complete localized experience for Russian-speaking users.
Right-to-left interface support for users in Israel.
Product principles
Shiftly is the first active product, but the product philosophy is broader: build around a real need, keep the experience clear and verify the result outside the design file.
Shiftly began with the practical difficulty of tracking time, overtime, bonuses and expected pay across more than one job.
The interface is designed to make complex work data understandable before adding visual effects or unnecessary controls.
Important flows are reviewed during actual working shifts instead of relying only on simulated or ideal usage scenarios.
The product foundation supports new reports, account features, platforms and future capabilities without rebuilding everything from zero.
Product journey
Identify where existing notes, spreadsheets and memory fail to explain hours and earnings clearly.
Separate jobs, rates, bonuses and shift records into independent work trackers.
Shape Today, Shifts, Reports and Settings around the information users need most often.
Implement calculation logic, persistence, localization, account features and cloud synchronization.
Test start, stop, editing, deletion, reports, exports and account behavior during real use.
Carry the same finished product principles into Android and future versions.
Next direction
Product development continues around stability, platform parity, real-world feedback and release preparation rather than adding features only to make the list longer.
